If you are a fan of Facebook’s classic design, you should do to familiar with the new design. Facebook’s website experience has not changed too much over the last 10 years. Hence, users will be a bit surprised in September when they login to their accounts.
During last year’s F8, Facebook announced a new website design and became available for some users in Desktop and web as an optional update. Until now, users still can see an option to switch back to the classic layout. But it will stop in September and users will automatically be switched to the new design.
But the new design is quite handy though you may feel a bit confused at first. When you get used to it, you will see that the new layout can provide a much better experience. It is a lot cleaner, focuses on easy navigation to Groups, Pages, Watch, Marketplace and even the new Rooms feature. Besides, facebook’s new design offers dark mode which is more eye-relaxing.
Facebook’s new layout has had some bugs over the past few months. This announcement could mean Facebook has now resolved the issues.
