UPDATE (8:53 SGT): Google Services seem to be running normal now after the worldwide service outrage around 45 minutes. You may need to log back in because some users are reporting that their accounts are logged out.

Yes. It’s not just you. All google services including Gmail, Drive and YouTube are unavailable across many countries.
Google faced a major service outrage recently in August. Around 2 billions users are now locked out of their emails, documents and YouTube playlist.
